The Kansas City Chiefs provided my first experience working inside a world-class professional sports organization, where I spent six training camps as part of the Equipment Operations department. Training camp is one of the busiest periods of the NFL calendar, requiring every department to operate with precision, adaptability, and constant communication. In this role, I supported the daily operations that helped coaches, players, and football staff prepare for practices, meetings, and preseason competition. My responsibilities included setting up and breaking down practice fields, organizing and maintaining player equipment, assisting with inventory and locker room operations, responding to time-sensitive requests, and helping ensure every aspect of football operations ran efficiently. Beyond the technical responsibilities, the experience taught me the value of teamwork, accountability, and preparation. Working in an environment where every detail mattered strengthened my ability to stay organized under pressure, solve problems quickly, and contribute to a team committed to excellence. Those lessons continue to influence how I approach every professional opportunity today.Â
